X-PC .300 DRIVE PINS POWDER ACTUATED FASTENER CONCRETE STEEL NAILS

1. Mechanical Properties
These .300 DRIVE PINS are manufactured from C-1060 steel and austempered to a core hardness of HRC 52 to 56.To insure ductility,these DRIVE PINS are bend tested during Quality Control inspection to about 60 degrees.
2. Corrosion Resistance:
These .300 DRIVE PINS are designed to be used in a non-corrosive atmosphere unless application specific corrosion testing has been performed.The standard for this .300 DRIVE PINS is applied zinc meeting the international requirement providing an average thickness of 5 micron(0.0002")with no supplementary coating.
3. Shoot Test:
These .300 DRIVE PINS received the acceptance inspection by shoot with power actuated tool for penetrating A3 steel plate of 8mm thickness.
